Born in Jacksonville, Florida, on May 21, 1952, Mr. Broussard has been a resident of Orange County, Florida, for 43 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida in 1974; and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Mercer University in 1980.

He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Tort Law and Contract Law; and participated as a member of the National Trial Court Competition team.

Ms. Cullen was born in Miami, Florida, on May 5, 1971. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from Stetson University in 1993, and graduated from the University of Miami, School of Law, with a Juris Doctorate Degree, Cum Laude in 1996. Ms. Cullen was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
